2. Shipment Processing Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

1776 Custom Engravings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
1776 Custom Engravings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at 1776customengravings@gmail.com.
8. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the US at this time.
